"Louie" finished easily with 3 majors, one of four from his litter to finish. He and his buddy Merry the Cat became ill at the same time and were buried together in December 2006. Merry was 15 years old.

Ch. Special Hopeless Romantic

"Romeo" finished with 4 Specialty wins, an all breed major and a 1998 CCA placement, at just 10 months old, finishing in only 7 shows! Romeo is now neutered and living the easy life in New Jersey. He is the sire of our "Quinnie" pictured on the previous page.

Ch. North Country Blue Thunder

(Ch. North Country Hot Shot ex
Pride 'N Joy Morning Glory)

"Thunder" is normal eyed and has natural ears. He has a great enthusiasm for life and is an eager stud dog. "Thunder" is now 6 years old and is co-owned with Beckie Bucklew of Ohio. He enjoys agility and is now neutered and retired.

Ch. Special Hot Date

(Ch. North Country Hot Shot ex
Ch. Signet's Hopelessly In Love)

"Tank" has a lovely head, effortless movement and one droopy ear that made me want to commit hari-kari. Tank finished with 4 Specialty wins at just a year old.

Ch. Special Flame N' Fortune, n/e

(Nairne's Flame N' Fields O'Sno, n/e x Ch.North Country Gemstone)

"Chance" is pictured winning a major his very first show at just 6 months old. He is the first dog I ever finished by myself and the first homebred champion here at Special Collies. He is a litter-brother to our Jewel.
